FMAD Club Events — May 2026

Hello Flower Mound Area Democrats Members!

We did it! Thanks to you voters we had some really big wins locally this last election (Municipals), with Dr. Staci Barker & Paige Dixon elected to LISD School Board, Clare Harris elected to Flower Mound Town Council, and Hogan Heathington elected to Highland Village City Council. These were non-partisan elections you all voted in and, thanks to you, we got some truly good candidates elected. which we will be celebrating at our monthly club meeting on Wednesday, May 20th (details below). So be sure to join us! But our voting work is not finished. We have one more election this month — the Democratic Primary Run-Off Election — so we have to turn out super big one more time to advance our candidates for Lt. Governor (Vikki Goodwin) & Attorney General (Nathan Johnson or Joe Jaworski) to the mid-terms elections in November (details below). Let’s keep the momentum going! The Blue Wave is YOU!

Like most every month, we’ve got our Breakfast Club, Game Night, & Book Club on offer and they are great places to plug in and get to know your fellow Dems better. But we’re excited to announce that later this month we’re also planning our first ever FMAD Club Picnic at Twin Coves Park. We’re so excited to do this and we’re looking forward to just having some plain old fun in the sun with you all. So scroll on down to see our full list of upcoming events & make your plans to jump in & join us!
