First off, THANK YOU for voting in the Democratic Primary election! Dem voter turnout in Denton County and across Texas was double, triple, & even quadruple turnout in recent past elections. YOUR VOTES MADE A DIFFERENCE! We are so close to flipping Denton County and the state of Texas BLUE! You can find the election results here at www.votedenton.gov. And let’s all take a moment to thank all of our candidates for running and for all of their hard work. Let’s celebrate the wins in the contested primary races. Let’s celebrate the candidates in our uncontested primary races who got more votes than their Republican opponents did. Let’s lift up those candidates for whom the numbers did not fall in their favor. And, more importantly, let’s UNITE in this FIGHT to WIN in November. ONE TEAM! ONE TEAM! ONE TEAM!
As one of the longest serving Democratic clubs in the county, we pride ourselves on offering a variety of events & activities, consistently, each and every month. We offer monthly club meetings, so you can come and socialize with your fellow Dems and be informed by speakers on a variety of relevant topics, hear from candidates running for office, and learn how you can get involved. First Fridays Happy Hour

DCDP CEC Meeting

What: Come see what your Denton County Democratic Party leaders, precinct chairs, & volunteers are working on at the monthly County Executive Meeting. These are organized meetings that follow Robert’s Rules of Order, and are led by Denton County Democratic Chair Delia Parker Mims and Executive Director Lesly Poer. FMAD March Club Meeting

FMAD Breakfast Club
When: Saturday, March 21st, 9:00 – 10:30 am
Where: Texas Star Cafe, 1901 Long Prairie Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75022
What: Come eat breakfast and socialize with your fellow Democrats. Look in the back room for a long table of fellow Democrats drinking coffee and ordering up all the breakfast goodies. It takes less than 30 minutes to clean, it helps keep Flower Mound beautiful, and many hands make light work.
FMAD Adopt-a-Spot Clean-Up
When: Saturday, March 21st, 11:00 – 11:30 am (Weather Permitting)
Where: FMAD’s Adopt-a-Spot located at NE corner of Dixon Ln & Long Prairie Rd. 6000 Long Prairie Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75028
What: Join us to help Keep Flower Mound Beautiful by picking up trash at our Adopt-a-Spot. We will have everything you need (gloves, trash bags, trash pickup grabbers). It doesn’t take long, and many hands make light work.
