LISD School Trustee & Flower Mound Town Council
Candidate Forum to Be Held
FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS —A forum for Lewisville Independent (LISD) School
Trustee and the Flower Mound Town Council candidates will be hosted by the Flower
Mound Area Democrats (FMAD) Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Pecan
Room of the Community Activity Center (CAC), 1200 Gerault Road, Flower Mound.
Said FMAD Chair Sandra Weinstein, “Our forum will provide Flower Mound area
citizens an excellent opportunity to know the stances of LISD school board and Flower
Mound Town council candidates so they can make informed decisions at the ballot box.”
Participating candidates are: Michelle Alkhatib and Mindy Bumgarner for LISD Pl 6;
Jacob Anderson & Dr. Staci Barker for LISD Pl 7; Chris Drew and Brad Ruthrauff for
Flower Mound Town Council Place 7.
